Our first visit at Luxe Beauty Lounge was absolutely perfect. Kaylee is very welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. She spoke directly to my 16 yo daughter to make sure she was comfortable, understood the process, and demonstrated aftercare. She didn’t do anything before confirming that I (mom) was aligned with the placement of the lobe piercings, etc. we will definitely be back for future piercing needs.

I searched everywhere for the right place to get my daughter’s ears pierced for her 9th birthday, and The Luxe Beauty Lounge was absolutely perfect. We wanted needle piercing without going to a tattoo parlor. The Luxe was beautiful, and Kaylee was wonderful—she answered all my questions before our appointment and made my daughter feel so special from the moment we arrived. She talked her through every step and gave her the space to make her own decisions without feeling rushed. I truly can’t recommend this place enough. We will absolutely be returning customers!

Wow! I have had piercings before at tattoo shops but my piercing experience with Kaylee was TOP NOTCH! From booking, to discussing options, placement, jewelry choice, the piercing and aftercare,etc., I can honestly say she is the GOAT of piercings! Highly recommend! The jewelry she uses won't fall out like other places..She was very knowledgeable and professional..Kaylee will also change out your jewelry when healed for a price of course..She mentioned she does spray tans as well..I would definitely recommend her..Great job kaylee..Keep up the good work..Shai

I had such an awesome experience with Kaylee! I had my second whitening session and normally have super sensitive teeth but didn’t experience any sensitivity issues with the first experience and hoping the same goes after this session! I also had two needle piercings done at this time as well. Kaylee did an awesome job at this as well! I love the placement of both piercings and the process was super smooth and easy! Kaylee was amazing with my daughter. She talked her through expectations for the appointment and throughly went through cleaning and care instructions prior to performing the piercings. She also provided her with a device to disrupt the nerve signals which my daughter seemed to greatly enjoy. Overall this was a wonderful experience; Kaylee put her fears to rest and we successfully achieved pierced ears without any tears. I also appreciate that this was a personalized experience in a salon setting which was my preference over using a tattoo shop for a young girl. Highly recommend; no regrets!
