Excellent service. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and gave me their honest opinions. I went in for a daith piercing, but my left daith was too small for it. Ben discussed all the possibilities with me and I finally decided to go for the rook. I absolutely love it, even more than the daith. Ben was amazing, very professional, he explained everything that he was doing from start to finish and made sure that I felt comfortable and at ease as he pierced my ear.

My 8yo daughter was having needle lobe piercing after her piercings 6 months ago done by gun at a high street, had closed following a healed infection. Although the gun had been fine for her, a friend recommended needle piercing as less traumatic to the tissues. The bedside manner of the artist was fantastic, took time and explained everything clearly, really reassuring for her. She did find the needle piercing more painful in the moment, but found the manner of the artist so warm and kind that she said for her next earlobe piercing she would prefer to return here. Popped in with no appt on Sat and 5-10 mins later chatting with my fav piercer Evie! I was having 3 small piercings popped in my lobe just above my 2 archaic piercings (done when is 11 and 15). A bit of blue ink later, some mild swearing from me (low pain threshold) and I have a sparkly ear lobe. She also checked on my Helix piercing done a couple of years ago - cheers Evie :) Back again soon i think for a couple more ;) B

Pierced by the amazing Ben, who has done a number of my piercings over the years. As always, Urban Piercings is the ONLY place I will let touch my piercings. All staff are brilliant and create a calm, friendly and sterile environment, and will always help you put your mind at ease, especially if you're a little nervous. Their online booking system was simple and effective, having paid a deposit online and the rest there. They also offered a great range of jewellery and were able to give sound and professional advice on the type that would fit your anatomy. Aftercare can be purchased. 10/10

From booking my appointment to the end result of having both ears pierced (for the first time!), I have nothing but good to say about UP! The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and my appointment with Ben, was excellent! Ben was so friendly and easy to talk to, all the while talking me through the process step by step - throughout the appointment I felt that I was in expert hands and my expertly placed, first ever earlobe piercings is proof of that! I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience, or a nicer person - thank you Ben 😊

We travelled from Cambridge after reading reviews. Honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. My friend had a dermal by Ben and I had. A conch piercing with Eliza, the most friendly, hygienic and knowledgable piercing studio I have been to - week worth the 2.5 hr drive!

I’ve had many ear piercings done here over the span of 5-6 years and I am always impressed with how kind and friendly the staff are. The shop is clean and well kept and all the appropriate hygiene procedures are followed. I would absolutely recommend this shop

Excellent experience as always. Eliza was very clear in what was happening with my daughter's (13) 2nd ear piercing, every step, hygienic (changed her surgical gloves twice), friendly, supportive, polite. I genuinely love getting my piercings here, my daughters and I all had ours done and we would never hesitate to recommend. Keep up the awesome work guys!

That was my second time coming to the place, it was for a consultation and i changed my earrings as well. Evvie is amazing she’s the one who pierced my ears in the first place. she makes sure she puts patients’ nerves at ease and she was very quick today as I told her i gotta run to work. Ben was amazing. Everything was clean, the procedure was explained clearly and, whilst pain is inevitable as I was having three cartilage piercings, it was short-lived. He took great care to ensure the position was perfect and I am thrilled with how they look. Highly recommended!

Was absolutely brilliant. It had been a few years since I'd had a piercing and with COVID as well I was pretty nervous beforehand, but they were lovely. I didn't catch the name of the guy who handled the payment side of it (purple hair) but he was a good laugh and helped welcome me in, and then Evie was a great piercer - chatty, friendly, and talked me through the whole thing. The piercing hurt but Evie warned me before doing anything that might be uncomfortable, and talked through the placement beforehand and cleaning afterwards. Evie is a legend and I'll definitely come back :)

Went for diath and helix. Been going to U.P for over 14 years as always been great there. They are very knowledgeable, ensure everything is clean and safe. Polite and professional but also a laugh. Always get my piercings from there and always will!

I took my daughter to have her 1st ear piercings today and everybody at the shop was brilliant. They all made her feel really comfortable and kept her nerves at bay. She's over the moon with her new look and cannot wait to go back for more. The lady Nicole, who actually did the piercings was brilliant.
