Charlotte is a beyond incredible piercer. I've been pierced by many people but none who actually truly care about my wellbeing, comfort, and healing as much as Charlotte. I've gotten my tragus pierced by her and it's the easiest ear cartilage piercing to heal from that I've experienced. She proactively schedules check-in appointments to make sure it's healing right and consistently provides guidance to make sure it stays healing well. I'll always go back to Charlotte for any piercing going forward - I wouldn't trust anybody else with that kind of thing anymore!

Kyle really helped me through a tough situation with a foreign piercing I got done in India! It was a flat piercing and somehow the skin had grown overtop of the whole back of the earring. Kyle was very gentle and saved the whole earring and my piercing at the same time (we replaced it with one of the beautiful pieces he had!). This isn’t my first time with a piercing by Kyle so I knew I could trust him. I truly truly appreciate his work, dedication and professionalism and I will definitely recommend him to everyone :))))

Wonderful experience at Vanity Inc! My 13 year old daughter had her ears pierced by Manu, who was very patient and gentle. She explained every step before, and as she was doing, the piercing, which helped my daughter stay calm. And appreciate the pain was minimal! Would definitely recommend!!!

Keri did two lobe piercings for me (my third and fourth piercings done by her!) and was so helpful and patient with everything from choosing jewelry to planning placement of the piercings. I went in because I lost one of my piercings, I have no idea how. And I had an appointment to get it re-pierced because I thought it closed. I was super nervous, but Keri was quick to explain the procedure and how things were going to go to get my piercing re-stretched, and my anxiety went away immediately. She gave me the best recommendation and I never thought I'd ever get my ears pierced but now I want to do it! Keri was wonderful. I went in for a problematic piercing and you can just immediately tell how knowledgeable she is. She’s great at what she does and is SO nice, wish I had all my piercings done by her from the get go. Very hopeful that with her help my 3 year old problematic piercing will finally heal properly. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be going back.
