Lovely room, lovely lady! Went for the child's ears piercing - instant rapport and nicely done. So pleased I had my ear pierced too. Lovely range of jewelry to choose from. Super clean and hygiene was excellent plus the additional covid precautions was reassuring. Really happy, definitely the right place to come for piercings.

Sam obviously loves her job. I was quite nervous to get second lobes done, not having had any for a while but she put me at ease straight away. We discussed what jewellery would be within my budget and suit me best. In the end we were both glad I chose the less expensive option as they looked more delicate alongside my existing earrings. Very sterile environment and the procedure was much quicker than I expected. Will not be afraid to have other piercings in the future. I know I can contact her with any issues or questions although piercings are healing well so far! Overall great experience.

Her preparation was meticulous with full Covid controls in place. I am transgender and Sam is a fantastic trans-ally, making me feel very welcome and also feel very special.
