Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Sue is fantastic. I always see her for my waxing and makes you feel comfortable whilst doing a great job at a very reasonable price. Currently heavily pregnant and she has still done an amazing job whilst ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Best person to visit for a wax in Coventry! Highly recommend!

Excellent service, Sue reassured me throughout being waxed and kept me busy with conversation! Very lovely lady and a pleasant experience, opted to have my eyebrows threaded after waxing and my eyebrows have never looked so nice and neat! Sue does in fact have magic hands! Always a great experience when Monica does my nails, brows, Lips and chin. She also informed me about having lashes done as mine are near enough non-existent. She did a patch test whilst in for my appointment so that then I could arrange for lashes to be done. She went the extra mile. I would give her ten stars if I could!

Im new in Coventry and thought i would try V & G hair salon so hubby could have a coffee while he waited. Violet is the best hairdresser in Coventry. She’s considerate and professional , no matter what haircut I request, she always makes my hair looks fashion and fits with my face shape. She’s always full of patient to check with me if the length, thickness good enough. I always feel great after visiting Violet. To find a good hairdresser to have a good short haircut is not that easy, Violet is superb.
