My first time at Glam Lashes with Sue, and I was honestly so nervous! 🥰 I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but Sue was so welcoming, friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. She made me feel completely comfortable and put me at ease straight away. She constantly spoke to me throughout the procedure, checked that I was okay and explained everything so clearly. Her communication was absolutely brilliant, which made the whole experience feel so relaxing. The lashes she did were absolutely gorgeous, and I’m so happy with how they turned out! 💕 They look beautiful, feel comfortable

Kesha did my haircut today and the overall experience was really good. She was professional, patient, and explained clearly what would suit my hair better. I appreciated her honest suggestion and attention to detail. The haircut turned out natural, fresh, and well-shaped, and the blow-dry added nice volume and movement. Full of knowledge and the client really is her number one priority. The immediate result is amazing and I can't wait for any swelling to subside to see the full effect. I had such a lovely experience! I booked several treatments, including a Hollywood wax, eyebrow wax, microneedling, pedicure with gel polish and a manicure. Everything was done with care and I felt comfortable and well looked after throughout my appointment. I especially enjoyed being able to relax in the massage chair during my pedicure — such a nice touch! 😊 The staff were friendly and professional, and I was also given clear aftercare advice following my microneedling treatment.
