I’ve had several treatments at Gaia Wellness over the past year and have always had a fantastic experience. The team are friendly, welcoming and genuinely caring. A special mention to Rachael, who always takes the time to listen to what I need and adapts each treatment accordingly. Her personalised approach makes every session feel tailored to me. What I particularly love is that Gaia is a local independent business where you get consistent, personal service, unlike larger spas where you often see a different therapist every visit. Can’t express how wonderful this lovely lady is. Managed to fit me in last minute for hair and makeup and from the moment I got there put me at ease. Such a friendly lady! Was able to make suggestions and recommendations on my hair and makeup which was fantastic for myself as I rarely have either done. My hair and makeup both lasted for the full day and evening at a wedding during this extreme heatwave. Honestly ,the best experience I’ve ever had whilst getting my lashes done. The atmosphere is so so relaxing , really allows you to switch off. The bed is something else , felt like home from home with the added touches that I have never had elsewhere & Eva was so friendly & welcoming . I’ve found my new place thankyou. Ax
