Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Both myself and my 15 year old daughter have massages with Cheryl. She is the best we’ve ever had. Great pressure, brilliant flow and works really hard to ease up on any tension. My daughter has not long got back from her massage and said Cheryl is just amazing and her neck and and back are feeling a lot looser already. I’ve been coming back to this salon three times in a row now, and every visit has been a great experience. Rose has done my haircut each time, and she is absolutely lovely. She really listens to your concerns, understands exactly what you want, and delivers it perfectly. I always feel comfortable and confident in her hands. I also had my eyebrows threaded yesterday by Aarti, and she did an excellent job. Very neat and gentle, and I was really happy with the result. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great service at a very reasonable price. A place you can truly trust.

Sue was amazing with the back/neck/shoulder massage. She was quite accommodating as it was a last minute booking. I would recommend her if anyone is interested in getting a massage. The pressure points and movement really worked for me.

Sue is fantastic. I always see her for my waxing and makes you feel comfortable whilst doing a great job at a very reasonable price. Currently heavily pregnant and she has still done an amazing job whilst ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Best person to visit for a wax in Coventry! Highly recommend!

It was my first time visiting Ellie today. She was warm and friendly and made me feel welcome. The massage was much needed, firm but relaxing. I was that impressed after numerous sessions that while in the UK I decided to book in for a actual physical session. I had problems with my feet and back,so booked in for a full body massage and a bit of reflexology. We'll let me tell u it was the best relief an relaxation I have ever had!.
