It's been now over a year since my first review, and every time I returned for my wax I've been greeted with the same warmth and level of professionalism. Thrilled to walk away all smooth knowing I won't have to deal with the breakouts and many ingrown hairs that have troubled me my whole life, I have a very reactive skin but its condition has actually improved over time, I genuinely thought it wasn't possible. I had my eyebrows one by sue. She is so amazing at eyebrows. Sue did them really well. I was very happy with them. Was very chatty which was really nice, Then Marie did my nails which are just amazing and then she did my facial. And she was so good. I just wanted to say that I had an amazing experience and felt really haply to be there, and I left feeling refreshed. So thank you to you Marie and sue. You were amazing, i will see you soon. Really good first experience for hair cut & colour, Natasha was very welcoming and informative. Also Mahab is excellent, the eyebrows treatment she provides are always done to a good standard and look sharp
