The parlour is clean, welcoming, and Rakhi makes the whole experience so soothing. On top of this she also shared incredible home remedies for good hair and skin. I’m glad I found her. I did a hybrid brow course with Resian today and it was absolutely amazing! The session was super informative, and I felt comfortable from start to finish. The pace of the course was perfect—steady and detailed.Everything was explained so clearly that nothing ever felt confusing.Resian was supportive every step of the way. She’s such a bubbly, friendly teacher, and her energy made the whole experience enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend her more!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

My experience at The blvck lounge, was amazing and I left feeling satisfied and refreshed. I had booked the Dermaplaning (a facial). Khelya was very friendly and welcoming offering me light beverages. The room was cosy and aircon really made a difference as it was a HOT day. Would definitely recommend as products are of high quality and service is immaculate, will definitely be going back.

From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Rachael is a truly beautiful soul, who puts you at ease immediately. She is incredibly knowledgeable and uses a range of techniques tailored specifically to your body. I absolutely loved my tension-release lymphatic drainage massage. The warm bed was a lovely touch, followed by the hot stones and a thoughtful care package at the end of the treatment to support further detoxification.
