Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Brilliant hair cut and a much needed change. Zak was amazing, talked me through the style I wanted and any changes, made sure I was happy with the plan and talked me through each stage as he was doing it. Nice and chatty and friendly. Great place for a hair cut!

Words cannot describe my reiki experience. Kayleigh was so clear explaining the treatment and I immediately felt her warmth and experience. Kayleigh guided me throughout and I trusted her to lead. This is the best experience I’ve had in Coventry. I’ve been a few times now to Hair Lab for hairdressing and I’ve had mani/pedi in the past too. The staff are genuinely lovely people who move heaven and earth to fit you in where they can even if you’ve walked in off the street that day. The first time I came for a haircut last year I had had a botched job somewhere else and they fixed it for me, it looked great afterwards. I’ve since returned for restyles, and most recently a perm and layers. They taught me what products to use on my new curls, and cut the layers to suit my face beautifully.

I had a very good experience. And the hair stylist rose done very well.. Even this is my first time in Coventry but it gives a great experience Thank you rose..
