Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Merita is such a perfectionist with my eyebrows every single time ❤️ My eyebrows were in a state after going elsewhere, and when I came to Merita she tided them up so well, and I’ve never looked back. She’s always friendly, her salon is immaculate and I enjoy her company!

Having recently moved to Coventry I didn’t know where to start for my hair and eye brows ! Now I will not go anywhere else :)

Excellent service, Sue reassured me throughout being waxed and kept me busy with conversation! Always a great experience when Monica does my nails, brows, Lips and chin. She also informed me about having lashes done as mine are near enough non-existent. She did a patch test whilst in for my appointment so that then I could arrange for lashes to be done. She went the extra mile. I would give her ten stars if I could!

My first visit and Shaf was very welcoming. Happy with eyebrow threading. Patch test done for future tints.

Im new in Coventry and thought i would try V & G hair salon so hubby could have a coffee while he waited. Violet cut my hair i like it short and she did an amazing job so so happy not many people know how i like my hair cut and for my first time she did an amazing job she is such a lovely woman and will definitely be back again.

Loved my “Spring Nails” done by Monica. Also eyebrows very nicely shaped and tinted. Thank you Monica.
