Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. I had my eyebrows and lashes tinted today and also had a manicure with Sanela, and I’m really pleased with the results. She is very friendly and easy to talk to, and she immediately put me at ease. She took her time to make sure everything was done properly and the end result is excellent. A very professional service in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere – I would definitely recommend her.

I had micro needing done for the fist time I was a little apprehensive about it but fallon put me at ease with step to step information in products being applied and used on me constantly asked if I was feeling ok and reassuring me every step.

From bridal makeup trials to pre wedding facials I can not recommend Izabella enough! So professional but also makes you feel so comfortable, relaxed and she’s so lovely. My skin already looks so amazing from my facials! I can not wait to see my final makeup on my wedding day with the amazing results I’ve had from my hydro facials and micro-needling. Excellent service from nikki she went above & beyond my son's severe eczema really improved after first appt of light therapy not just his physical appearance but the pain too & also went out of her way to source some serum to further improve his condition & offer additional things he could do to help it.

Rakhi is amazing. I have been visiting from last two years for haircut and eyebrows and she is absolutely wonderful every time. Friendly and professional !!

My face feels and looks amazing after my 3 microneedling treatments with Jaz, she made me feel so at ease and relaxed.

This was the first facial I've ever had and Michelle made the whole process far less daunting for me, I have no regrets! I can see this becoming a treat for stressful times in the future. Lovely environment, lovely treatment, lovely woman!
