After wearing hair extensions for over 20 years, I can confidently say that Skye is the most talented extension specialist I’ve ever been to. I have virgin hair, and she went above and beyond to custom colour the extensions so they matched my hair perfectly. The blend is flawless and the quality is outstanding. Skye is such a beautiful person who genuinely cares about her clients. I left feeling so confident and couldn’t be happier with my hair. Lauren listened to what I wanted and all turned out perfectly, I took along a couple of clip in extensions for the sides of my hair and she matched my hair exactly, she is lovely and you feel relaxed and at ease , she is willing to listen to what you think is best for you and you get what you want , some hairdressers give you what they think you need but with Lauren you get what you want and leave happy

Sommer who did my Nano extension, did a consult for 30 mins, the week prior to my appointment. My hair is short and natural colour, Sommer was able to match the extensions perfectly to my hair colour. She also went through the length that would be best for how short my hair is. When I came the following week I felt very welcome, all staff were very pleasant, there was a great atmosphere In The shop The end result was amazing, Sommer told me if I have any questions to not hesitate to ring and talk to her, advice was given on what to use on my extensions, followed by an email. Highly recommend

Jenni is an absolute angel! She is incredibly professional, welcoming, and made the whole experience so lovely — even greeting me with an almond latte. She did the most perfect tape extension refit, followed by an amazing blowout and flawless GHD curls. I left feeling so refreshed and my hair looked incredible. Highly recommend Jenni and I can’t wait to be back!

I have been getting so many compliment’s since beginning my hair journey with Anthony after an experience at a previous salon. I travel from Abbotsford / Richmond as Anthony is the only one who I trust with my weft hair extensions. The salon is clean, inviting and smells great. Anthony always presents with the best outfits and product recommendations. I make it to my appointments via tram, which is just a short 3 minute walk. I appreciate the level of care, exclusivity and 1:1 appointments in a private studio setting rather than the chaos of 20 hair dryers going at the same time. 10/10

I feel like a broken record, because I keep saying that their stylists are amazing. I see Aleigha because, in addition to the excellent color and cuts J get from her, she knows everything there needs to be known about every kind hair extensions (which I’ve been using for over 20 years, off & on). She uses Bellami extensions and travels around Canada & the U.S. teaching other stylists how to use them. She knows about every kind of extensions, from fusion, tape-ins, wefts/mini wefts, beaded and clip-ins. She’ll help you decide which would be best for your hair. I feel so lucky to have found her.

If you are ever looking for a stylist that genuinely listens your requests, book an appointment with Tayla! She went the extra mile to sharpen her skills for the specific type of extensions (micro-rings) that I wanted applied, instead of the usual tape-in extensions that I normally used. Her cutting, coloring and styling also never disappoints. Being in Tayla’s chair is comfortable and carefree. Thank you Tayla, life is easier with a good hairstylist!

My experience with Rachel Alex salon has been great , I go to Rose for hair colouring and tape in extensions . Always does a great job with attention to detail. Love how my hair is blow dried ! She is so lovely and friendly too would definetly recommend !

Alex was absolutely fantastic as always! She is such a pleasant girl with a lovely , friendly, bubbly manner. She was so attentive throughout making sure I was okay for coffee and snacks. The colour was beautiful and I’ve got so many compliments, I’m over the moon! It was also my first time trying the tape weft extensions and I’m obsessed, the colour match was spot on! Loved the head massage during the wash with no extensions it was so relaxing! She is a real credit to the salon! Thanks again Alex and can’t wait to see you again the next time

Loan's service was amazing. Her knowledge and application of my weft extensions was great. Her prices are very reasonable, and most of all she's a lovely person with exceptional customer service skills. I'll certainly be returning to Loan for all my extension maintenance.

Amazing hair extension installation! I booked with Maz after reading her online reviews about her extension technique. I drove 1 hour for the appointment, and was very glad I did! I had my old weft extensions removed and replaced with new weft and install. The seamless colour match to my hair was unbelievable! The install was so flat and seamless, it’s invisible. 100% recommend this salon ❤️

After a hair disaster left sections of my hair broken off to only about an inch long, Katie completely saved me. Her extension technique, placement, overall skill have absolutely blown me away. Despite the broken pieces being in such random places, she's managed to create a full head of seamless long hair. It looks so natural that nobody would ever know I'm wearing extensions! She also re-toned my hair to perfectly match the extensions, the final result completely flawless. Katie is incredibly talented, patient, and meticulous, she genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for her clients

Jasmine was incredible from start to finish. I came for a consult to get cherry cola hair & extensions to match after being a dark brunette colour for years. After being told by 3 other hairdressers that this all couldn’t be done in one appointment, Jasmine immediately said yes and booked me in for 2 weeks later to have it all done in one sitting. She even let me look at loads of extension samples from different brands. She’s great at seeing your vision for what you want to achieve and she’s always more than happy to help. The whole team are great!

Getting my hair done with Kerri is always such a treat. I always leave her chair feeling like a brand-new person. We did have a moment of silence during this visit, though. We had to say a tragic farewell to a fallen extension. Kerri practically tried CPR to save it, but unfortunately, it was past the point of return. RIP. Missed extensions aside, the warm welcome from Kerri and Zoe is unmatched. It really makes the whole visit!

I honestly can’t recommend Charl enough! This was my first appointment with her for tape extensions and she was so lovely from start to finish. She really listened to what I wanted and absolutely nailed it. The blend is seamless, the placement is perfect, and the extensions they feel so lightweight and comfortable. The colour for the peekaboo is 🤤 She took her time, never made me feel rushed, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the finished result. Visiting from out of town and found this salon on Social Media. Came in for a hair wash and blowout and was very impressed with service, style and salon. 10/10 would recommend. I have 22 inch weft extensions and Kiki handled them with great care.

MJ fixed my crappy extensions which was done elsewhere and which I had let go for so long. My hair was badly matted. MJ revived my hair with a new set but this time in a weft and I left feeling a million dollars.
