Tess was so happy to do a perm for me. It was an amazing atmosphere. I have short hair, and from all places we looked at, they don't do perms, glad we found Tess. Love the service so much. My perm turned out pretty great! Will send my wife to do her hair to Tess too!

I had a body wave perm with Sam and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result! I couldn’t find anyone in Newcastle who offered the kind of perm I was looking for, so I travelled to Lancaster to see Sam—and it was 100% worth it. My hair has beautiful, soft waves with so much more volume and movement, and it still feels healthy. I would absolutely recommend Sam to anyone thinking about getting a perm. Thank you so much! ❤️

I originally went there for a digital perm, but Aron did his due diligence and told me that my hair is too damaged for it and if I went through with the perm, I would end up with a frizzy mess. I then asked him for a haircut idea that would get rid of some of the damaged hair. He gave me a beautiful layered haircut as well as hair styling tips and demo. This is the first time in a while that I’ve absolutely loved my new haircut immediately. Thank you for your patience in explaining everything to me and for your genius in giving me this stunning haircut, Aron!

absolutely 100/10 treatment and experience with the hairstylists at kimage hairdressing school, the only reason i’m rating it 4 stars is because my hair perm didn’t really hold very well (even only a few days after the perm itself), and my hair is still pretty flat despite airdrying it the night before, so quite disappointed with the end results. however i’ve permed my hair with them before, and those curls lasted for almost 8 months, so im not sure maybe smth went wrong somewhere 😅

DaDa is amazing. His technique and skills are 🔥 I simply asked for a trim and mentioned that my hair feels too flat. He took a good look through my hair at the beginning and figured out what I liked and would suit me. I'm quite picky and have been disappointed so many times by other stylists, but he completely blew me away. The layers and texture are perfect. And he looked so cool doing his thing - it was like a show in itself. He even styled it and gave me super pretty waves 🥹 Absolutely loved my haircut - I'm a fan! I was very impressed with this lady! My hair is extremely frizzy and there is a lot of it. I'm very picky with folks touching my hair mainly because not many people know how to deal with it. This lady has the experience and knowledge that truly is hard to find. I have not allowed anyone to touch my hair in many years due to the lack of knowledge and confidence they had because my hair is extremely intimidating at first sight. She did my hair with a spiral perm in just under 3 hours, anyone that has ever done my hair it's taken them 6.5 hours. I will be back and I highly recommend this lady!

I had such a great experience! I went to get my nails done and ended up also finding a solution for my hair. I got a very effective treatment for frizz and a beautiful haircut and styling. It’s the first time I am this happy with the way my hair looks right after a treatment and cut. They listened to my needs, respected my preferences and we arrived to the perfect look. I had a wonderful experience with Satoko. My hair used to feel dry and a bit frizzy, but after the treatment the texture improved so much — it's noticeably softer and shinier now. The color is beautiful too, very natural and sophisticated rather than the harsh look you sometimes get from dyeing. Satoko is professional, attentive, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is my second time here and I’m so glad I found my stylist! Kent is amazing with curly hair. My hair is usually poofy and frizzy, but he cuts it so well that it stays defined and easy to manage. Even without blow dry, my curls still look good. Hard to find someone who truly understands curly hair I’ll definitely stick with Kent! highly recommend! ✨

I had such a great experience. I’ve always struggled to find a hairdresser who understands curly hair (and avoids the dreaded “triangle” shape), so I usually feel quite nervous — but Patsy put me completely at ease. She’s lovely, really knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my hair. I was sceptical about the treatment she recommended, but it’s made such a difference — my curl pattern now goes all the way down and looks so much healthier. So happy I’ve finally found someone I trust with my curls.

I am beyond happy with my perm! The result is exactly what I wanted—beautiful, natural-looking curls with great shape and volume.
