Jack was fantastic from start to finish. Before we even began, he made sure he fully understood what I actually wanted and took the time to make me feel comfortable with such a drastic change. I came to Wallis with hair extensions that needed refitting that someone else had messed up with and WOW, super impressed!! She did a fantastic job, can definitely recommend and will be returning ☺️

I can’t recommend Charlotte enough! She is absolutely amazing at what she does. I had my extensions, colour and cut done and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. The colour is flawless, matched perfectly, and exactly what I was hoping for. The extensions feel so natural and look stunning, and the cut just finished everything off beautifully. Charlotte really listens, takes her time, and has such an eye for detail. She makes you feel completely at ease. 100% my go-to from now on!
