Words honestly can’t describe how happy I’m feeling after my extension fitting! Ash is the absolute sweetest, so lovely, welcoming and such a pleasure to be around. I’ve wanted extensions for ages and I’m honestly over the moon with how my hair looks now. She applied them so carefully and they look absolutely amazing! During my Consultant appointment with Millie, she made me feel heard, and welcome. Today I had my hair done and from start to finish I felt welcome. Millie did such a good job and I am so happy with the result. The apprentices were also very friendly and even when all was quiet, made themselves busy and were very hard working! As someone with ADHD and who suffers socially I felt very comfortable and I am grateful. Can't wait for the next appointment!

Had a wash, cut and blow dry today with a conditioner treatment added :) Ellie is so polite and made me feel very comfortable. Explained everything she was doing and came across very professional. I enjoyed the massage chair when having my hair washed and my hair massage too. The whole salon is beautiful and I will deffo be coming back in future :) thank you again Ellie xx

Always great to see Millie and always gives the best advice and I know I can leave it to her to do what’s best . Today I had a root retouch and a toner to tone down the blonde at the top that had lightened with the sun and blend in With the rest . Beautiful products , great drinks menu, lovely chats … it is the best place x thanks Millie x

Highly recommend!! I had a really blunt bob and was worried extensions would be really difficult to blend — but Ashton worked absolute magic! The colour, length and blend are completely seamless, and you’d never know I ever had a short cut. I’m so happy with the result and honestly can’t stop looking at my hair. I was quite apprehensive about going to the hairdressers after 8 years, however I am absolutely thrilled with my haircut, hair extensions and colour. Rhiannon and Ceire are amazing at what they do and are very attentive , friendly and make you feel very comfortable and welcome. I have already recommended my daughter who was also thrilled with her hair cut and colour by Cloud 9. I will be recommending Cloud 9 to all my friends and family. I feel so much more confident about my appearance now after going from very fine, tatty long hair to amazing long thick hair that I love!!

Today I met Bethany for my first ever hair appointment with her, she took on board my idea, what I wanted an overall goal to be and worked her magic! I am over joyed with the result and Bethany, shall now be known as a Wizzard!!! Re booked and have to say I have never felt more welcomed, comfortable and at home in a salon setting.
