Words honestly can’t describe how happy I’m feeling after my extension fitting! Ash is the absolute sweetest, so lovely, welcoming and such a pleasure to be around. I’ve wanted extensions for ages and I’m honestly over the moon with how my hair looks now. She applied them so carefully and they look absolutely amazing! Bethany is an absolute darling to be around. Every time I leave the salon I am always so happy with my new hair, never had an issues. She always makes sure you are aware of everything. The salon itself is a lovely environment, always welcoming. Wouldn’t trust anyone else to touch my hair. She’s the blonde hair queen for sure🫶🏼 110% recommend to anyone wanting someone confident, friendly and professional. Any of the girls at the salon are amazing. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. X

The salon is very welcoming, your coat etc is taken, a choice of drinks offered, presented nicely with a treat too. Great experience, the head massage is wonderful.

Ash is very attentive, listens to your ideas and delivers exactly the look you desire - I absolutely love my hair extensions! After undergoing an 8 week maintenance treatment today, my extensions look as healthy as they did at the start ❤️ 👌

Highly recommend!! I had a really blunt bob and was worried extensions would be really difficult to blend — but Ashton worked absolute magic! The colour, length and blend are completely seamless, and you’d never know I ever had a short cut. I’m so happy with the result and honestly can’t stop looking at my hair. I was quite apprehensive about going to the hairdressers after 8 years, however I am absolutely thrilled with my haircut, hair extensions and colour. Rhiannon and Ceire are amazing at what they do and are very attentive , friendly and make you feel very comfortable and welcome. I have already recommended my daughter who was also thrilled with her hair cut and colour by Cloud 9. I will be recommending Cloud 9 to all my friends and family. I feel so much more confident about my appearance now after going from very fine, tatty long hair to amazing long thick hair that I love!!

Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, Bethany made me feel so comfortable—like I’d known her for years. She’s so friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole appointment really enjoyable. The salon itself is beautiful and had such a lovely atmosphere, and all the other girls were so welcoming too. Going from brown to blonde is a big change, but the transformation she did with my hair is incredible—I couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend!

Beth has been styling my hair for a lot of years now and is like my therapist or sounding block that I get thrown in with my haircut!She has seen me through a really tough time and some good ones❤️. The salon has an amazing lovely vibe that you feel as soon as you walk in. All the girls are lovely and very friendly. I really can’t imagine ever going anywhere else ❤️
