I attended for a laser treatment patch test. Mujde at Radiance Beauty took SUCH good care of me. She explained all about the Duetta laser technology used at the salon (better treatment for skins with colour). The patch test was explained really carefully and carried out in different places with different settings. Mudje was truly lovely. She is warm, friendly and professional. She was keen that I understood how the laser worked and the likely results I could expect. I would have no hesitation recommending Radiance for laser treatment.

First time here, I had walked in to see if they had space and they booked me straight in for later in the day. On arrival the gentleman on the desk (I didn’t catch his name) was so accommodating and checked if I would like refreshments throughout. Lola was great, she listened tentatively about my hair and asked about taking before and after pics. She spent over an hour sorting my hair and it turned out great! I’ve had bad experiences in the past at salons but next time I’m in Folkestone I will be returning to redhed.

Everything about the experience of having your hair done at Redhed is wonderful. The communication when I first called to book, the dedication to giving customers whatever time is needed to do the right thing for their hair, the feel of the salon itself, the service: it’s all at the highest level. This is the first time I’ve ever left a salon and been truly happy. And no reliance on salon products or ‘magic’ temporary solutions. Sarah transformed my hair with no gimmicks or upselling- I can’t believe this is the same hair I went in with! I am so happy and wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
