Dalia was so wonderful for my first time getting eyelash extensions, and patient with precision. My appointments were on time and everyone was welcoming. Very clean environment as well. Went to Sophie for a haircut and colour today and I couldn't be happier with the results. She really listened to what I wanted and made sure to ask clarifying questions before starting. Throughout the process, she explained each step and made sure I was comfortable with the decisions being made. Sophie's expertise and attention to detail truly showed in the final outcome. I’d give Janelle 10 stars if I could. She’s a sweetheart and took the time to listen to what I truly wanted. While our time was long, given my hair was previously dyed and is super thick, she is the first stylist I’ve had in years to really take the time and give me what I was asking for. The atmosphere at R&R was welcoming and relaxing. Janelle and I chatted and I felt like I knew her forever. I’m so happy with the outcome and looking forward to my next appointment.
