I recently visited Eva at the salon in Poole town centre for a two hour Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage. I can honestly say that this was the best, most relaxing treatment that I have ever experienced. I had a deep tissue massage with Chris and it was honestly so good. It felt amazing and really helped ease the tension in my legs, shoulders and upper back. I felt so much more relaxed afterwards. Chris is a really nice guy and super easy to chat to, which made the whole thing feel comfortable and chilled. Would definitely recommend if you’re after a great massage.

Jason.......Sports Massage I had a deep/ soft tissue sports massage with Jason yesterday. It was a very good experience and I felt really good after. Jason was very reassuring and explained each step to me. Having had deep tissue sports massages in the past, I was a bit concerned, due to the previous ones having been a bit to painful for my liking. But Jason put me at ease all the way. The massage was firm but not uncomfortable, and I felt so much better after. I thoroughly recommend this deep/ soft tissue massage. Thank you so much Jason.

I recently had a lymphatic drainage massage with Danielle. She used very gentle movements that felt soothing rather than intense. It was very different from a deep tissue massage but just as beneficial in its own way. After the session I felt lighter, less bloated and less inflamed.
