Jason.......Sports Massage I had a deep/ soft tissue sports massage with Jason yesterday. It was a very good experience and I felt really good after. Jason was very reassuring and explained each step to me. Having had deep tissue sports massages in the past, I was a bit concerned, due to the previous ones having been a bit to painful for my liking. But Jason put me at ease all the way. The massage was firm but not uncomfortable, and I felt so much better after. I thoroughly recommend this deep/ soft tissue massage. Thank you so much Jason.

I just experienced what I can only describe as a spiritual awakening disguised as a deep-tissue massage. I went in feeling like a slightly crumpled houseplant and emerged feeling like I'd gone ten rounds with a particularly enthusiastic badger. Let's be clear, the therapist clearly knew their stuff. They found knots I didn't even know existed. I'm pretty sure they unearthed some ancient tension dating back to the invention of the wheel. Each press, each knead, felt like a tiny exorcism of strimmediately by the agonizing release where I had to fight to not gravitate to the light..

It wasn't my first massage with Hayley, but my first deep - but not too deep (on request) tissue massage. I came out and for the first time in forever I was able to take a good, deep breath, as my muscles actually allowed my ribcage to expand. So grateful 🙏🏼

I booked in for a sports massage but it was much more indepth and thorough. Jason's assessment, treatment and recommendations of exercises to complete at home has made an improvement in how I feel, my flexibility and discomfort. He was welcoming and made me feel comfortable for my appointment. Great value for money, and I would recommend Parkstone Chiropractic & Wellness.

Lovely massage and facial .

Nisa was very helpful throughout the deep tissue massage, asked which areas to focus on and even brought up anything I was not aware of that needed extra attention, all while showing great skill and knowledge, resulting in feeling much better afterwards and many of the tight/knotted muscles to be relieved, especially in my neck, back and shoulders. I was also given advice on how to help prevent them tightening up again. Overall I was very happy with the treatment, and would definitely recommend to anyone, I'm sure I'll be back again in the future.

Exceeded expectations and resulted in improved mobility and relaxed muscles. Deep tissue massage is a new therapy to me and I wished I had tried it sooner! Understanding the benefits and finding the right practitioner is the key! Thank you Jason.
