I had my toe nails done with builder gel for my upcoming Holiday. Tauren was really friendly and put me at ease, she was very knowledgeable and took her time to get my nails just right. I had 2 broken nails which she managed to fill for me. I will definitely be returning to have them done again thank you I Love them.

The Venue Westbourne is my go to salon for my manicures. Not only is the location and environment beautiful, but the customer service is really good! Isha was amazing! She always made sure I was comfortable, and checked in with me to make sure I was happy with how my nails were looking - I've already booked for my follow-up appointment and counting down the sleeps! Took my daughter to see Sarah and we both had lash tint, gel nails and I had UV lashes for holiday. We are thrilled with the results and Sarah is just so lovely and great company. We feel thoroughly pampered for our holiday xx

Lynds is just the definition of an angel. She takes care of not only my nails but myself too. She ensures you get exactly what you ask for & takes every small detail into consideration. After moving to Bournemouth I was worried about finding a new nail tech but oh my word it was so easy to get on with Lynds. Before my appointment the other day, I’d had a really rough few days and she listened to everything I had to say & I left the salon feeling much happier after having someone just sit and validate my feelings. She is just a gem & I cannot wait to get my nails done by her every month.

Rihannon had previously carried out a relaxing pedicure for me, using gel nail polish, so for this session she kindly removed said polish, which was actually a relaxing procedure in itself, and she does what she can to put you at ease. Rihannon also did me a classic manicure, filing my nails into a pleasant square shape and tidying my cuticles, which she then used almond oil on, after using a clear nail strengthener on my nails. I am totally pleased with today's experience. One very happy customer 😀!

Amy is always professional, even if I'm 'going on a bit', but I think she likes to hear all my nattering. The products she uses are good and she knows what should be used be for my nails (had probems a while bad and she sorted it). Today, I had to have gel nails taken off and Thursday I shall have them out on again! Generally she is very quick, which is good in todays situation of rushing around. She was in her new place and it must be so much better for her as it is bigger for doing treatments that require a bit more room - very nicely decoratored as she has style!

With Covid, after 2 years of constant hand washing and use of antibacterial gel, my hands and nails were absolutely stripped of all goodness. I needed a good treatment to restore them so I treated myself! My hands and nails feel "human" again and the manicure looks great! Gemma is very welcoming and so friendly - thank you Gemma!
