In this particularly special treatment I use varieties of techniques and tools to help you unwind and go back to regulation. Most of us operate from survival mode which is not healthy or healing and it brings complications and illness in long term. Whether you are dealing with an illness or anxiety, depression or trauma, the gateway to healing is nervous system work. 
This work can be done clothed or without. You are going to be guided and you may share what it comes up for you during this session. NS work is a deep therapy to tap in to the core elements of struggles. I personally suggest NS regulation treatment as one of the most important practice. 

Nervous System Regulation Touch

Can be done fully clothed. Acupressure is an alternative chinese medicine technique, similar to acupuncture, that involves applying pressure to specific points on the body to relieve various symptoms and promote healing. I may use different tools specifically designed for acupressure during treatment such as guasha, crystal acupressure tools, massage hammer or acupressure pen. This remedy is based on the concept of Qi (or life energy) flowing through meridians, and applying pressure to these points is thought to stimulate the body's natural healing process. 

Acupressure

Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic massage technique that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It uses slow, firm strokes and deep finger pressure to release chronic muscle tension, knots, and adhesions. I may use a variety of different tools to help working on trigger points such as bamboo hammer, guasha, acupen, crystal pen. This helps to relieve pain, improve posture, and increase range of motion. 

Deep Tissue Massage

Can be done fully clothed.
I offer fascia release massage, also known as myofascial release (MFR), as a highly therapeutic treatment which uses gentle, sustained pressure combined with guided breathwork to stretch and release restrictions deep in the fascia, a connective tissue web that surrounds muscles, organs, and nerves. And makes us whole. This technique not only aims to alleviate pain, improve flexibility, increase joint mobility, and restore the body's natural function but also fascia contains the nerve endings and directly to our emotions and Nervous System state and traumas. Choose this treatment if you are looking for a shift physically and emotionally. Fascia is physical gateway to emotional healing. 
You are going to be guided through whole session and you can share anything comes up to process. 

Fascia Release Massage and maneuvers

Experience gentle, soothing light and forming touch designed to support your body's natural detox. I use many tools like crystal, Metal and Wooden guasha for this massage. This massage focuses not just on relaxation and comfort, but also move your lymph towards lymph nodes to be drained. This treatment particularly helps if you feel tiredness, ache and pain, digestion issue or having a flare up. It is nourishing as well as detoxifying. 
This treatment can be done on top of loose and thin clothing and also with no clothing which then we can use oil and makes it more therapeutical. 

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Fully clothes treatment. 
Release tension and let sound soothe away stress and worry.  Including the use of gong? tibetan singing bowls, tigngsha bells, rainstick, shaker, bamboo leaves for cleansing, Durji bells and Koshi chimes to intuitively help individuals as needed.

The molecules within your body are in a constant state of vibration. When everything is vibrating at its correct and healing frequency the body gains balance, harmony and goes back to healing state. 
Daily life, daily struggles, interactions, work, deadlines, Sudden shock, and trauma, change the vibration of our cells, resulting in pain and tension. Scientifically sound baths bring healing and change to the body on a cellular level. Its been proved to be able to drop the inflammation level, it has anti bacterial and deep relaxation effects.

Reiki (pronounced ray-kee) is a powerful, ancient form of gentle hands-on healing that channels life force energy into and around the body. This activates the body’s natural healing process to restore physical and emotional well-being. It promotes relaxation, and also helps to reduce stress and anxiety.
​In my Reiki treatment, I offer chakra work, emotional stagnation relief and guided breathwork to get the most benefit of Reiki. 

Treatments can be given whilst lying down or sitting.  Unlike a massage, the client remains fully clothed.  It is best to wear loose comfortable clothes.  I will just ask that you remove your shoes.
