I recently had a lymphatic drainage massage with Danielle. She used very gentle movements that felt soothing rather than intense. It was very different from a deep tissue massage but just as beneficial in its own way. After the session I felt lighter, less bloated and less inflamed. There was also a visible difference in areas where I usually hold fluid. Beyond the physical effects, it was incredibly calming and also helped me unwind mentally. Wow.. what can I say! What a totally amazing experience this was! My first hot stone massage and I will definitely being going back regularly. I didn't realise how much stress my body had been holding on to. jaew was totally amazing.. so knowledgeable and recognised all my issues. She gave me so much good advice on how to look after my body. I can't recommend her enough.. I came away feeling rejuvenated and looking forward to going back.
