I recently visited Eva at the salon in Poole town centre for a two hour Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage. I can honestly say that this was the best, most relaxing treatment that I have ever experienced. If you are looking for the ultimate in relaxation then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eva and would suggest that the two hour option is worth every penny.

I had a deep tissue massage with Chris and it was honestly so good. It felt amazing and really helped ease the tension in my legs, shoulders and upper back. I felt so much more relaxed afterwards. Chris is a really nice guy and super easy to chat to, which made the whole thing feel comfortable and chilled. Would definitely recommend if you’re after a great massage.

Jason.......Sports Massage I had a deep/ soft tissue sports massage with Jason yesterday. It was a very good experience and I felt really good after. Jason was very reassuring and explained each step to me. Having had deep tissue sports massages in the past, I was a bit concerned, due to the previous ones having been a bit to painful for my liking. But Jason put me at ease all the way. The massage was firm but not uncomfortable, and I felt so much better after. I thoroughly recommend this deep/ soft tissue massage. Thank you so much Jason.

Thanks for fitting me in. Just moved to Poole and I have a recurring neck problem. I got an appointment at short notice and treatment on the same day. Definitely recommended

I visited the Crows Nest today for the first time for a deep tissue massage with Hoffman who was absolutely fantastic. We had a short discussion before hand so he knew exactly what to focus on and applied the right amount of pressure . I have had countless amounts of massage therapy but was very impressed with him and felt like a new lady when I'd finished!

Really happy with my deep tissue massage. After a good nights sleep I felt much better and booked another appointment to continue the good work.
