This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

Thank you very much for a wonderful experience. I did a reflexology massage and enjoyed every second of my treatment. She released the my the tension in my back an melted away my shoulder pain. I had a lymphatic massage at Azraas Wellness today and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and so professional. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing yet effective — I could feel the difference in my body almost immediately. A blend of essential oils lingered setting the ambience to my massage. Soft gentle music, and the warmth of a pair of healing hands , is what I needed for my week.
