This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

My experience was amazing as it was my birthday so it was my treat of which I received a 30% discount which was an awesome gift. The massage,pedicure and gelish was top tier. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience. I did a reflexology massage and enjoyed every second of my treatment. She released the my the tension in my back an melted away my shoulder pain. I had a lymphatic massage at Azraas Wellness today and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and so professional. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing yet effective — I could feel the difference in my body almost immediately. The therapist was  knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely rejuvenated. Thank you Cair, 😊 from the moment I stepped into the Soothing Room I was welcomed 😊 with a gentle warm presence of Cair. As I entered her space of relaxation, the room was slightly dimmed . A blend of essential oils lingered setting the ambience to my massage. Soft gentle music, and the warmth of a pair of healing hands , is what I needed for my week. I certainly highly recommend 👌 The Soothing Room.
