If a fault—such as bubbling, lifting, or chipping not caused by the client—occurs, please report it within 3 days of your gel application for a free reapplication or fix. The same colour originally used will be applied. All repairs or fixes must be completed within 5 days of your initial appointment.

If nails are damaged due to client actions, repairs can be done at the usual repair rate, and only the affected nails will be treated.

Colour Selection:
Please ensure you select your desired colour in-store. If you are unhappy with your choice, request a change after the first nail is applied. No colour changes will be allowed after all nails have been completed.
