Had a great experience with Aracely! She was very professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I got a wax and a facial, and both were excellent. The waxing was thorough with great attention to detail, and my skin felt amazing after the facial. The place was clean, relaxing, and everything was handled professionally. I had a deep cleansing acne facial with Kris and it was honestly one of the best facials I’ve ever had. She’s incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. It was clear she really knew what she was doing — from the techniques she used to how she explained everything along the way. My skin has never looked this clear! I noticed a visible difference almost immediately, and I’m so happy with the results. Highly recommend Kris to anyone struggling with acne or just looking for a really effective, professional facial. Definitely will be back!

I had such a lovely facial with Kim. I’ve known Kim for a few years, so it’s always lovely to see her, and she makes you feel completely relaxed and at ease. The facial was wonderful and the massage was absolutely gorgeous — just what I needed! The treatment room is lovely, clean and welcoming, with such a relaxing atmosphere. I had a wonderful experience at La Plume! Ravinder did my facial threading and was incredibly precise, professional, and gentle. I also had a classic pedicure with Jennifer, and she was fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and made the entire experience relaxing from start to finish. My pedicure was done with great care, and my feet look and feel amazing. The team at La Plume consistently provides outstanding customer service in a clean, welcoming environment. Amazing back massage and facial by Cansel and fabulous French nails by Leni. This salon never disappoints and the atmosphere is lovely. Just listening to the chat between staff, the vibe is always women supporting and encouraging each other, which is then passed on to their clients. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Had the most fantastic 1 hr facial and massage with Bridget today. It was exactly what I needed for my skin and to de stress before an operation I am having next week. Will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone. Very professional, thorough and enjoyable.

Jamie was awesome. We went in for a teen facial, she was gentle but better than that, taught my teen how to best take care of her skin, maintaining her skin barrier, what products to use. She didn't push her own products but we did end up purchasing them. Loved the spa, clean, modern. We're so pleased that someone in Livingston Manor actually offers teen facials. Thanks Jamie! My first facial was wonderful and very relaxing. Joy explained every step clearly and gave a great massage. She is a warm, friendly person with a kind heart. The pedicure that followed was skillfully done with flawless polish. I left feeling completely refreshed and pampered. Would definitely come back and recommend their services. Also, the views from the rooms are a bonus. Beautiful Kelowna skyline.

Absolutely amazing! This was, by far, the best facial experience I’ve ever had. From the relaxing ambiance to the incredible scent throughout the space, every detail was perfect. The knowledge and expertise were just as impressive, and I learned so much during my appointment. It was so incredibly relaxing that I actually fell asleep… and yes, I was even snoring! 😂 That’s how comfortable and at ease I felt. Definitely 5 stars in my book! I’ve already booked my next appointment and can’t wait to be back! 😉
