I first visited around 5 weeks ago with shoulder pain, which has improved a lot following physio and the rehab programme provided by Molly. Yesterday I also had a sports massage for shoulder/neck pain which has worked wonders. Will definitely be a regular client.

I cannot recommend Craig highly enough. After developing knee pain while running, I sought his help and was impressed by his thorough, professional and knowledgeable approach. Rather than simply treating symptoms, Craig took the time to carry out a detailed assessment, identifying the root cause of the problem as IT band syndrome. His clinic treatment, clear home rehab plan and targeted hip/glute strengthening, mobility and stretching work made a huge difference to my rehabilitation. With his guidance and structured running plan, I completed the Manchester Half last weekend injury free.

Jordan’s been great. He really listens, checks in with me, and makes sure I fully understand both what he’s explaining and the rehab exercises he’s given me. He’s helped build my confidence around movement and supported me in working through the fear around my injury. I’ve already noticed an improvement in both my mobility and confidence. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a physio who’s not only knowledgeable but also genuinely supportive and reassuring.

Making great progress with Matt. Highly organised and very professional. My physio treatment has been excellent and has made a real difference. The physio app is excellent and has ensured that i am doing my rehab exercises that Matt has demonstrated and talked me through. I would highly recommend.

First time treatment, Ileana put me at ease and is really good at what she does. Feeling on the road to recovery and this treatment exceeded all expectations, so much I have booked in again. Would highly recommend Ileana and Taylored fit physio they are all amazing.

Ryan has helped my teenager with a couple of injuries and his approach has been age appropriate, explaining how to best complete their recovery in a meaningful way. His professional yet approachable style has made rehab and physio something to “enjoy” rather than endure. Great results too!! Thanks M20

Bal was excellent, we discussed my injuries, treatments and goals for rehabilitation and he made an overall assessment of what I needed from the session that day and in the future for my health. He was very knowledgeable about the biomechanics and different types of physical therapy that would help me. He was really helpful, and very good at finding all the knots that needed attention.

It was my first time trying these therapies and I must say the oxygen therapy stood out as I was more relaxed during the day and fell asleep quite quickly at night. The staff also encouraged me to try the cryo chamber for 2 minutes which is a new record. Super-Young is a must try experience.

Josh is a top guy! He isn’t just an instinctive and skilled physiotherapist, he is also a great listener, encourager and motivator. He is helping me rebuild my strength and confidence in exercise after injury. I really enjoy out training sessions. They are so much more than just rehab/exercise.

I have been working with Craig for a number of months to correct a training injury. Craig has been attentive, knowledgeable and adaptable during the course of rehab. His responsiveness as rehab has progressed has prevented stagnation and I am back training regularly again! His knowledge of exercise technique is vast and this complements the well equipped rehab gym well. Would highly recommend Craig and the Physio Clinic

Toni helped me recover from a shoulder problem I had in thr Spring with a pinched nerve near my neck and painful knot around the scapula area causing spasms and painful tightness all down my right arm. She played a key role in helping me recover recommending physiotherapy for the neck area, ultrasound, which I did with a physio. Recently I enjoyed a deep tissue massage as part of my training regime without any shoulder pain thanks to Toni and her advice and guidance.

I was lucky enough to get a last minute appointment with Laura (due to a cancellation) after I'd injured my back at work. I left after my treatment 30mins later feeling and walking so much better than I had been when I walked in. Not only was I given the physical therapy I needed but the information and exercises i was given to do at home was also incredibly beneficial. I would highly recommend using Teesdale Physiotherapy,should the need arise.

Steph is a wonderful physio that helped me before & so when I once again needed physio,I had no hesitation to book with SP Physiotherapy and get a consultation with a view to arranging a course of physio. Steph gathered all appropriate information & showed me some movements to be practiced and a course of treatment appointments planned & booked in. I can highly recommend this company as my experience in the past was great.

Imala sam problem sa leđima, užasan spazam mišića od klime, a posle i povreda. Terapeutska masaža i uključivanje TECAR terapije je spas! Mislim da nekoliko terapija struja, laser, magnet zamenjuje jednu TECAR, odmah se oseti opuštanje mišića i smanji se bol. Sve pohvale za Milana, najiskrenija preporuka!

Sehr gute Erfahrung. Lars ist ein einfühlsamer Therapeut der sein Handwerk beherrscht. Schon bei der ersten Behandlung hat er sehr viele Schmerzpunkte gefunden, die teilweise zwar sehr weh Taten, aber nach der Behandlung ging es mir wesentlich besser. Ich war entspannter und meine Haltung war aufrechter. Freue mich schon auf die nächste Behandlung.

Rexanne was so caring and is extremely experienced. A fabulous asset to the physio team. She is extremely diligent and didn't waste one second of our appointment. I had a physiotherapy consultation and treatment for my neck with Shahana, and I was really impressed. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in her assessment. She explained the cause of my neck pain clearly and provided effective hands-on treatment along with helpful exercises and posture advice. I felt listened to throughout the session, and there was noticeable relief afterwards. I highly recommend Shahana to anyone looking for expert physiotherapy for neck pain, stiffness, posture-related issues, or musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Another fantastic, effective and informative treatment with Kirk who has been treating my various (largely self-inflicted injuries) for over a year and has consistently got me back to activity with rehabs in place to strengthen and avoid future injury. He’s by far the best physio/rehab professional I’ve come across in Portsmouth/Southsea in the past 20 years . Cannot recommend highly enough (although please don’t use up all his appointments as I want some!)

This place is excellent. They treat their patients very well, and the team is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. It’s better than going to therapy and rehabilitation centers. Therapy and acupuncture work better for me. I highly recommend them.
