Truly a beautifully and thoughtfully designed space. Had a massage with Afiea, using techniques she learned in Thailand. One of the best massages and just overall relaxing experiences I can remember. An excellent addition to West Seattle. Highly recommended!

I had a Signature Facial with Claire and it was probably one of the best facials I have ever had. I walked in with a bad headache and between the calming scents of the products used, the massage on my face, the steam and the frozen globes used, I walked away headache-free, feeling and looking refreshed and feeling just overall relaxed. I came in for my nail appointment with Emely and had another amazing experience. Jasmine was so polite and was able to squeeze me in last minute for a facial wax, which I truly appreciated since I have a photoshoot tomorrow. It’s always a vibe getting my nails done with Emely,she executes exactly what you want every time. Her talent really shines and she’s so kind. I’ll definitely keep coming back. Una Belle Ame also offers other services and has a cute café, I enjoyed a delicious hot chocolate. Great hospitality and service!

Today I had a facial peel with Chloe. The entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. Chloe was very knowledgeable about the procedure, which was my first time getting. She also made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire service. She certainly knows what she is doing and I left with the glowiest skin I have ever had! Ashley was a dream! She creates a calm space where you can’t help but slip into deep relaxation. Her hands are so gentle and my skin looked glowy and nourished after my facial. The salon (Ginkgo House) where she works is a vibe too. If you haven’t been, I highly recommend you check out all the offerings they have. I can’t wait to go back!

Wow! I have had many facials in the last 5 years -and this was amazing! She really takes her time and relaxes you. She was very nice and professional. I had the Spanish lymphatic massage facial so good and my skin feels and looks great. Really needed that. And I love the products she used. Afeia is such a professional in her craft. I went in with some back pain, and overall tightness in my shoulders. She quickly understood my needs and was mindful of any pain and discomfort as she worked on my back. I appreciated how thoroughly she worked through my stressed muscles and still left some time for lower body stretches. I left feeling much more relaxed thanks to her skills but also to the entire experience. Ginkgo House is a beautiful space inside. Afeia’s room is such a relaxing environment that really amplifies her approach.

My skin was glowing after the facial and I really enjoyed the scent of all the products that were used. I would absolutely recommend a facial with Tiffany if you need a moment to relax - it was very soothing!
