When you have to wake yourself up you know you are relaxed. Today I had a pialtes facial which included a back massage followed by reflexology. So essentially a pamper from head to toe and it was just what I needed. It is so nice to take time out and have someone look after me for a change and as a mum and 2 with a business to run it is definitely needed from time to time. I had the age facial with Laura. It was such a relaxing experience from start to finish. My skin felt amazing afterwards & i am getting a few of them to maximise results. I received a consultation for products to complement the treatment also & these were3 very fairly priced. Another bonus was the complementary shoulder & back massage. I would absolutely recommend this treatment for anyone. thank you Laura. :)

Fantastic massage I had the face rejuvenation which is japenese style using acupressure and other japenese techniques. Marta is lovely and very welcoming and her massage technique is amazing and very thorough was truly a very relaxing experience, it is definitely an experience that you dont really get in traditional "facials" in the uk. Highly recommend, I definitely will be back!
