I made an appointment at Zen for long standing shoulder / neck and back issues. I elected to have dry needling of which I have had before at Zen. Kouki the lovely therapist / specialist that I see at Zen is always of the highest professionalism and skill. I walked out of the studio feeling taller and in much less pain. Meeting Jo for the first time, she made me very welcome as did her collie dog. She quickly realised I was quite stiff with muscle pain. She identified my painful areas and got to work straight away. I was really heavy at first and then she made me feel really light. I highly recommend her for treatment and I think she is very unique in her ability to identify problem areas. Both members of staff that looked after me were great. I received the good firm pressure my body needed and with the deep tissue massage and the man who did the dry needling for me has gotten to know my lifestyle after a few visits and knew just what was needed.

Gabi was absolutely exceptional!! As someone who travels frequently and spends long days on my feet, I carry a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders, and back. Gabi somehow found every pain point and expertly worked through them, leaving me feeling completely restored. The treatment was incredibly effective while still being relaxing, and her skill, intuition, and attention to detail really stood out. I walked in feeling tight and exhausted and left feeling lighter, looser, and like myself again. Thank you, Gabi, for such a wonderful experience. I would definitely come back!

Lewis the legend. Very helpful, kind and great chat. This was my 2nd time being there. Great experience. Really helped me with calf and back pain. Dry needling and massage sorted me out. Gave me so good stretches to do at home which are important. Grateful for him and his knowledge. Well priced too. Would highly recommend to anyone with any sort of body pain.

Aya gave me an amazing sciatica massage! Ive been trying so many places but theres rarely any place do an exact trigger point massage to treat sciatica pain, but only in 1 hour she did an absolute wonderful job. Definitely recommended and will come back.

I purchased the Abhyanga/Trigger Point/Fascia release Massage with Add On Energy Healing and it was my first time to experience this. Nada graciously took her time with my appointment, and paid great attention to the areas where I experienced physical pain and to release it. There were pain in places I was so familiar with and had become so comfortable with the discomfort I didn’t realise it could be released. As someone who suffers from Endometriosis, Anxiety and stress, this was the perfect treatment. I feel that Nada is very professional and deeply attuned to her practise and client needs.

I have had issues with pain in my thoracic area for years. I had pinned it down muscle trigger points. I have had about 5 sessions with Chloe so far. It’s been amazing so far. I had dry needling and sports massage. After having awful muscle spasms that would come and go it has really settled and feel alot less inflamed and tense. Would recommend Chloe. I feel very comfortable and relaxed when being treated and it’s so easy to book and I really like the option of buying 3 sessions at a reduced price. I’ll be having regular treatments going forward. Fantastic 1 hour massage. I have had some hip and sacrum pain and that tension was spreading throughout my body. I needed something not too intense but enough to get into muscle. The head massage at the end was heaven!

I can only assume Alysia got into dry needling because the legal avenues for jamming strangers with needles are somewhat limited. She explained the entire process, made me feel comfortable, and tolerated my bs. The experience was great, even if I temporarily lost the ability to walk normally afterward. I'm currently sore in places I didn't know needed to be sore, but I also feel better. It's a confusing combination of gratitude and mild resentment. Five stars. Would let her stab me again.
