It was not just a facial it was a sensory experience, in a relaxed environment, soothing back ground music, the wonderful smell of lemon grass a facial scan that will give you so much information on sun damage, collagen, elasticity, oil levels and more. A smoothie there after and staff / therapists that are passionate about your over all skin health and well being.

Sharon is the best!! Her work is so precise and neat. She is kind and lovely to chat to. My nails never chip or peel. I come back every 3 to 4 weeks for a soak off and reapplication. Very happy with the service and quality at Ralph Chenelle. 🌟🌸

Such a welcoming, beautiful and calm space. I had two treatments, and can highly recommended Sharlene. She has a wonderful energy and healing touch. I walked out feeling more refreshed, relaxed and pampered. I don’t think I can go back to the usual salon and spa experience in a busy mall, now that I know about this gem.

I had the most amazing experience at Called by Grace in Bryanston (Sandton). The Japanese head spa treatment was absolutely heavenly.
