It was my first visit and it was lovely. I love my hair, I love the staff, I love my stylist (Lauren), I love the way the products smell, I love the way everything looks inside, I love their organization and the way they handle business. If I wasn't moving next month, this would be my permanent salon, but unfortunately I'm leaving New York. :(

Had a great experience with Stylist Cara today. She did an amazing job with my natural hair. It looks 100% better after she washed, treated, silk pressed and cut it for me. You. Guys should definitely check them out. Beautiful and safe environment and all the stylist were lovely.

First, I am a stickler for quality services & genuine customer service. I scheduled an appointment for my daughters Prom Prep and she was treated her like royalty ( me too). The owners ( Wife & Husband) ensure exemplary customer service, latest hair care services & offer premium hair care products. Kudos to BB Beauty & Spa RVC for their phenomenal DIAMOND BUSINESS!! Check them out they do it all ( "real" silk press, sew ins/ tape ins, braids, twists, eyelashes, pedi/ mani services etc.) Trust, this IS NOT your ordinary hair salon & this IS NOT a paid review. The braids came out absolutely beautiful—neat, lightweight, and exactly what I asked for. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly care about their clients. Consistency in service , had a 10:00 am appointment, walked in 1/2 hour earlier my stylist had not arrived yet , I was asked if I wanted to get started by someone else washing my hair I happily agreed ! !
