This was my first time getting my hair colored in Vancouver, and I loved it! The stylist was very professional and kind. The color turned out so pretty, just the way I wanted. I had a root touch-up and haircut with Summer, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Summer recommended a layered cut, and I’m so glad I trusted her advice. She also did an excellent job with my root touch-up. My hair looked so great that it put me in a great mood all day! This was my first visit to the salon, and every staff member I interacted with was professional and kind. The entire experience felt thoughtful from start to finish. I live in Seattle, but I would honestly make the trip back to Vancouver just to have my hair done here again.

I received incredible service from Prép and a wonderful lash and brow tint from the lovely Marina — both were amazing as always! However, something in the salon has changed. For the first time in two years, no one offered me tea or water, and the receptionist didn’t seem very welcoming or attentive to the order of my appointments. I really hope the salon brings back pedicures — they truly have the most comfortable chairs in all of Vancouver!
