I had such a lovely first appointment with Crystal. She is great at explaining each step of the process, and her bed is super comfy. This was the first time I haven’t had any stingy or discomfort from a lash lift and tint. And my brow waxing wasn’t painful at all. She’s meticulous with detail and my brows and lashes are stunning. I wanted my colour changed up a bit from my usual, explained what I wanted and Mai picked the perfect option for me. Super happy as usual, my nails always look great and last over 3 weeks. No lifting ever

Got cat-eye hybrid eyelash extensions for the first time and it was the best experience ever. The lashes look absolutely perfect ,not too kinky and not too light, just the right balance. They really enhanced my eyes beautifully. Sukh was very polite, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. She was gentle and professional, and you can tell she really cares about her work. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved my experience at DW Skin! I had a lash lift and a facial that included a back exfoliation. My skin feels amazing and my lashes look perfect (natural yet lifted, just how I like it). The treatment was not only super relaxing, but also filled with laughs — Dhika is not only professional and knowledgeable, but also hilarious! Can’t wait to come back! I highly recommend DW Skin.

Jyoti was friendly and did a great job of the lash lift & henna/threading. She was gentle and the lashes didn't sting as they have at other places. She made the process enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

I had a wedding and my usual lash lady lost my booking- Thankfully, this studio took me in last minute and gave me lash infill. First thing I noticed is how clean the place is, and how amazing it smelt. The lash chair was super comfy, and they gave me a blanket to cover my skort while I got my lashes done. The beautician was gentle and gave my eyes a lot of care. I received a 10% discount too, and the ladies were super friendly. Unfortunately for my usual lash lady, I probably won’t be back given how awesome my experience was here.

I had an excellent experience with my eyelash lift and tint! The service was so careful and gentle—there was absolutely no stinging at all, which made it really relaxing. My lashes look amazing, and I love that I’m now ready for swimming without needing mascara. Highly recommend!
