Got a beautiful set of nails! The nail technician was a bit withdrawn and perhaps slightly unfriendly. I understand everyone has bad days but this seems to be a common theme with your nail technicians at all branches it seems…..as I go to different locations everytime, (CBD, Claremont, Rondebosch and now Observatory). My nails are great, the nail artist did a great job. My only critique is the music. It’s a terrible play list (of course tastes differ) and it would be very welcome to come into an establishment that plays South African music. Not only to support local artists but also to create a more South African welcoming atmosphere. I came with friends visiting from Germany and they say they love Cape Town but would like more local music to be played. My take is with so many young/hip people working in the space it would make sense for them to create a playlist that is hipper and more relaxing for all.

She's so sweet and has a gentle nature about her. She was extremely gentle with my hands. She takes her time yet she was thorough and efficient!
