This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

I never normally leave reviews but I had to for this — I debated coming here for a while cause I searched the location first and the building is genuinely scary and dodgy-looking. That being said, once you get past the building, the experience of the service and the quality is top notch. I had a great time and will definitely be going back for my lashes.

I booked the appointment for my wife. The pedicure and head massage was awesome. However this was soured by the 30 minute wait for the treatment to start. Appointment was for 11h00 . My wife arrived at 10h55. After waiting up until 11h30 she had to approach the staff to enquire about the appointment. There were three other clients. They were assisted before her, even though their appointments were scheduled for much later. Many thanks. We will return and hope for a better pre appointment treatment. Regards Vaughn

Excellent service from start to finish. Professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. The sugaring was thorough, surprisingly gentle, and the results were fantastic with smooth, long-lasting results. The salon was spotless and welcoming.
