The treatment was wonderful and very relaxing. I floated home afterwards and felt renewed and calm. Emma is a great therapist and curates a welcoming and calm environment. I always enjoy my treatments with her and feel the benefits long after the treatment has ended.

Brilliant sports massage, exactly what I needed. I’d been carrying so much tension and stiffness and could genuinely feel the difference straight afterwards. Friendly, professional and really knowledgeable, they took the time to understand where the problem areas were rather than just doing a generic massage. The pressure was spot on and I left feeling so much more relaxed and mobile. Highly recommend!

Sensational. Emma is gentle and kind and has genuinely beautiful calming energy. I came out of the treatment feeling like all my troubles had melted away. Highly recommend to anyone needing to reset and rebalance and heal from the day to day noises in the outside world. Zen and calm is how I feel and will be back again soon x
