She immediately put me at ease, took the time to explain the process, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The treatment was much quicker and more comfortable than I expected, and her attention to detail was amazing. If you're considering booking your first wax, I highly recommend Sam. She's incredibly skilled, welcoming, and genuinely cares about making the experience as stress-free as possible. I'll definitely be returning for future appointments!

Reema is the "waxing super" lightning fast and in the blink of an eye you're full arms, underarms and full leg wax is done and dusted. Highly recommend! Gary is fun and does a splendid job colouring, shampooing and styling hair. Threading is a breeze with Sweety. They take the pain out of the gain! Felt 10 yrs younger when I left the salon.

I had an excellent experience at The Wax Pot and Shay is terrific. Very gentle and relatively pain-free waxing, and Shay's a great conversationalist so the time passed quickly and pleasantly. I'll be back monthly!

I went today to get Hollywood wax and under arm wax. Sanaz, my server, was really good and gentle. My appointment went really smooth and I would recommend any newcomers to the city (like me) who is trying to find a comfortable place to get their waxing done. Please try waxing at Beauty Refinery! The team is amazing and super friendly!

I saw Dayana for a bikini wax and had a great experience. The salon was clean, she was punctual and professional, and she explained aftercare clearly. The waxing itself was quicker and less painful than I expected, and the results are smooth. Fair price and I’ll be back.

I booked the weekend waxing offer (full legs, full arms, and underarms) with Chamo, and it was my first time visiting the salon. The team was professional and flexible, and the place was very clean and well-organized. Chamo patient, friendly, and made sure to meet my requirements and she used 2 different types of wax depending on the area, which I really appreciated because it showed care and attention to detail. The session was fast and surprisingly pain-free — especially since I have low pain tolerance. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend it!

My brows and arms feel so much better. Jessica is light with the wax and make the waxing less painful. The aftercare is soothing and help to minimize irritation. My facials are always a great experience and they help give my skin that extra loving it needs!

Been with xqizit 3 years. Service is excellent. They are very organized and stick to appointment time. Quality of work I amazingly good. The 3 years I have been with Xqizit, I must say I done my hair, nails, waxing, massages,, high light, ect. I have always walked out looking beautiful and confidence. I like the fact that they even considered the financial aspect of us as ladies.. I am a stay at home mum but can afford all the luxuries of hair, root color, gel nails, massages, face, leg, under arms wax. But at Xqizit I get all this treatment which is in a package according to your

Just one comment. I did under arm waxing, unfortunately its not nice as I expected, my under arms still with hair 💔 please improve about that. Overall the facial is so satisfying and great!

Susan was fabulous as usual! I had a Hollywood wax and it really was so much less painful than I’d built it up to be in my head, I’ve recently stopped laser hair removal due to the pain and waxing is definitely the way to go! Thanks Susan and what a beautiful little business Eloquin is!

Absolutely cannot thank Rio enough, she such a lovely person and fantastic at her job. It’s been a while since my last wax and I was nervous but she put me at ease and the actually waxing was brilliant. The salon is gorgeous and extremely clean and professional, everything is just fab. I thoroughly enjoyed my facial, eyebrow, lip and chin wax session. The hand and arm massage was so relaxing and really helped relieve my stressed muscles. I also loved the hot towel treatment from my chest to my face — it felt amazing, especially combined with the beautiful scalp massage. Wendy est très minutieuse et professionnelle, j'ai beaucoup aimé mon expérience avec elle et elle a même rendu l'épilation à la cire de certaines régions sensibles presque indolores. Mon seul petit bémol est le fait que le peignoir fourni était trop petit, mais ce n'est rien de majeur dans mon expérience parce que Wendy a pu me prêter une serviette pour cacher le reste.

Julie made me feel at ease from the very first message I sent her, to me leaving her home salon! She is amazing at her treatments and very knowledgeable on waxing in general.
