Amazing. Melissa was very professional and friendly. She made the experience feel warm and welcoming. I was a little nervous at first because I hadn’t been sugared in two years as I tried the lazer route. But I wasn’t getting the results I wanted from lazer hair removal so I went back to sugaring and I will be continuing my sugaring services with Melissa from now on. Excellent service

Hayley is wonderful laser hair removal technician that makes you feel at ease 😊 The only gripe I have is with the Fresha booking app😠 That ask you to pay a deposit to confirm your booking.? And on top of that it sends you a message after you've paid at Groom 10mins later if you want to give a tip! .We live in New Zealand not America . PS laser hair removal is already expensive enough.

This was my first sugaring experience or waxing type of hair removal. Adriana made the whole experience wonderful! She would keep me updated about what she was going to do. She made it less painful then what I'd imagine as less experienced technician would do. She made what I thought was going to be a really awkward experience into a therapeutic and wonderful experience. I scheduled my next appointment on the spot. She offered so many products that are natural that will help in the after care. Thank you so much Adriana!! I'll see you in a month.

I’ve been going to Tamsin for sugaring for a while now (which is always a 10/10 job) but her new lymphatic drainage massage treatment is one of the best beauty/wellness treatments I’ve ever had! I had a couple of health problems that I was worried about going into it, but Tamsin did loads of research to make sure she knew how to deal with them, chatted me through her plan to reassure me and I literally felt like a new woman afterwards - will definitely be back!

Kirsty was a lovely beauty therapist. This was my first time having sugaring and it's so much more gentle that waxing. The salon space is quiet and calm, a little oasis, and the whole experience was really relaxing (yes hair removal). It felt like me time and was not rushed at all. Will be back for continued sugaring and I plan to have a facial next. I would highly recommend Mon Remede and Kirsty.

It's not every day your are thinking about the glowing review you want to write as you leave a hair removal appointment, but my golly that happened today. Yulia was so wonderful, gentle and just made the whole experience something I am actually looking forward to following up on. Keen to see the results of sugaring, it was so different to waxing, and now I understand why! Can't believe I'm saying I'll be looking forward to my next appointment!

Had my first experience with sugaring and Brazilian hair removal so I was pretty nervous but Syirin made the experience very pleasant. She would direct me on when to breathe in and out and talk to me as a way to distract me from any pain. I had also expected it to be very painful as it was a sensitive area but Syirin’s skills made it feel easy and efficient. Would definitely recommend to do sugaring with her!

Emma’s skill level is Superb 😎. I have had 3 distinctly different treatments from Emma. All 3 treatments to a very high standard. A. Sugar hair removal. I suspect it’s a combination ,sugaring is a lot less painful than waxing and Emma’s very high skill level make this treatment almost painless. B. Full body massage. I normally have sports massages this massage from Emma is one you could drift off to sleep during. extremely relaxing ,can highly recommend. C. Derma planning. The surprise 🌟of the show. I had a migraine aura coming on and let me tell you, after my sugaring services, yes hair removal and not a massage, my headache was gone. I felt the stress melting away from my body once I got on that comfortable spa table. First time I’ve been to Emily for sugaring and she did a great job! Best hair removal service I’ve had in Kingston and she makes you feel very comfortable! She was also fast and really knowledgeable about the sugaring process. Would highly recommend!

After waxing for years, I switched to sugaring with Sarah last summer. I wish I had done it sooner. The finish is better than that of waxing. Skin is still smooth and less in grown hairs. Any hair removal is painful/ uncomfortable, however I think sugaring is less painful than waxing. Thanks Sarah x
