I had a wonderful experience at Your Slimming Clinic and felt genuinely welcomed. Donna was amazing with my teenage daughter who suffers with Social anxiety and school aversion, later diagnosed with Autism. She built a good relationship and bond with her which I believed enabled her to be open and honest about her mental health. Although the sessions were confidential, Jess always came out feeling more confident and happy. Donna was also excellent at helping in a crisis and if able would allow an appointment. We as a family will be forever grateful. She is a different girl and we hope this will continue.

Honest and informative

Ellie was welcoming and knowledgeable and the facilities were clean and calming. It was my first time using an infrared sauna after doing some research about their health benefits and how it can be better tolerated by people that might find traditional sauna heat overwhelming. This was perfect for warming up on a cold evening and knowing that there are benefits makes it a winner! For those that can't tolerate the heat of a normal sauna and people like me who feel the winter cold in their bones, Pure Calma's infrared sauna is a must!

The infra red sauna is sooooo good!! I love what Ellie is creating with her wellness spa and ,soon to be built, studio. Her genuine passion for holistic health is felt in everything she offers. Thank you Ellie 🙏🙏🙏

I have been seeing Ellie for a while now and her help, advise and knowledge has been invaluable. With her support I have just finished a liver cleanse and wanted to share how much I feel it has helped. I feel clearer, lighter and my focus has improved.
