Had my first float and didn’t know what to expect, but it was amazing. My mind was really chatty at first, then something just switched and I dropped into deep relaxation — completely weightless. Felt slightly wobbly getting out (as expected), but then super calm and even a bit euphoric on the drive home. The biggest difference was the next day — I felt much less stressed and able to take things in my stride. It genuinely felt like a reset, not just a one-off spa experience. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Andrius was really friendly and welcoming. He is clearly very experienced, was able to identify my issues easily and recommend exercises to help. I was nervous to have a sports massage as I’ve seen online that they can look pretty aggressive but my massage with Andrius was enjoyable and my shoulder feels better after just one visit. I’ve already booked in for my next one in a couple of weeks time.

Brian was very informative and professional. The actual float experience was way beyond what I expected. Came out feeling totally refreshed, reset,relaxed and like I had been in a deep restorative sleep. Would highly recommend the experience and will definitely be using it again. Thank you

Absolutely fantastic machines, have completed my first course of treatments and can noticeably see the difference. I have stubborn meno belly and health issues that cause me to bloat. Agnes is amazing, she is kind, happy and knows her stuff would highly recommend. Ready for my next course after my holiday next week ready for my summer body, my confidence is already boosted to wear clothes that aren’t big and baggy ! Thank you Agnes see you in 2 weeks 💖

Rokas is fantastic! I had a sports massage with him, and he sorted out my shoulder pain in just one session. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly identified the source of the problem. I left feeling so much better, with improved movement and virtually no pain. I highly recommend Rokas to anyone looking for an effective sports massage or treatment for muscle pain.
