Really happy with the procedure. Kaliyah was so good explaining what she was doing and checked if I was comfortable with what she did. She was lovely to chat to and it took my mind off what was happening. Really would recommend her work.

Walked in feeling low, emotional, and questioning everything. Walked out motivated, smiling, and forgetting why I was even down. Equal parts workout, therapy, and mood reset. My cup is full, my muscles are tired, and my spirit is very happy. Jess is such a tonic.

Put this off for years… more down to nerves and uncertainty than anything! Nothing to fear though… strangely pleasant experience and feels great afterwards… even better the next day. Planning 1 every 6 months to go with my healthier lifestyle. Recommend!!

Wild to say, but this might have been the best massage I’ve ever had. Ellen was acutely atuned to the specifics of my back issues, I felt so heard & like she knew exactly the spots that needed deeper work and talked me through the steps she was going to take and helped diagnose wider contributing factors. She went out of her way to find a booking that worked for me, offered a gorgeous herbal tea, selected a variety of essential oils catered specifically to my needs, asking if I had any specific smell sensitivity and discounted me a hand made ‘magic golden balm’ for continued pain relief.
