Amazing service! Elisa was honest and realistic with my expectations during my initial consultation and even told me to go away and have a think about one of the treatments for a few months before making a decision on whether I truly wanted it or not which I thought was so nice of her as she didn’t want to push treatments that she didn’t think I needed. During my botox appointment she explained all the steps to me and made me feel so at ease. Despite me being scared of needles it didn’t hurt at all! Thankyou so much, I cannot wait to see my results.

She always takes the time to discuss treatment options thoroughly and only recommends what is genuinely needed, never pushing unnecessary treatments. She always makes me feel comfortable, relaxed, and at ease during every appointment. I couldn’t recommend Elle enough. As someone who had never had any treatment before and was really nervous, Elle is so patient, and she answered all of my questions honestly. I wanted to know more about skincare and what would work best for me and I felt like she listened and genuinely cared. She wanted to help and give honest advice, rather than just sell me a product or service. She’s the only person I would trust with my face/skin!

Elle explained my option’s and helped me understand and chose which one was the best for the natural look i wanted whilst treating the problem. She spoke to me throughout the procedure explaining each step as she went along, which really calmed me.
