I’ve done lots of training with Nina over the years but having had a recent operation I flung all my physio and consultant advice at her and she designed a session to incorporate everything and help me get the most/best out of exercises. Just came home from the most lovely facial and scalp massage at Glam & Glow. I was gifted a voucher for my birthday, and what a gorgeous treat it was! The initial consultation was so lovely and really helped me feel comfortable and relaxed before going into the treatment room. The whole experience was so calming, and I left feeling completely relaxed and almost “empty” — but in the best possible way! Just a lovely sense of release and calm. Thank you Glam & Glow for such a wonderful treatment. I’ll definitely be back!

amazing service! My eyebrow lamination turned out beautifully! exactly how I wanted them. The whole experience was so lovely and relaxing, and she was so friendly, professional and attentive throughout. She took the time to make sure my brows were shaped perfectly and the results were even better than I expected. I’m so happy with how they look and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend! 💕

5star … just always 5star. I have measurable progress yielding results I could only dream of a few years ago. This is an amazing piece of equipment but without the correct coaching is pointless. In my experience Nina’s coaching is exceptional.

Paola really makes an effort to connect with customers and work out what treatment is best for them. I felt so looked after and safe and had a brilliant experience with a sound bath. I’ve never been more relaxed! 100% recommend to anyone thinking about going as the customer service is incredible!

I believe feeling safe is essential in any form of fitness — no one wants to risk injury. With something as technical as the reformer, that sense of safety becomes even more important. During my session this morning, I progressed to a few new movements, and Nina’s exceptional understanding of the reformer, combined with her precise attention to detail, ensured I felt secure throughout. Her guidance not only kept me safe but also helped us identify clear areas for further progress. For that, I’m truly grateful — and it’s exactly why I’ll always advocate for one-to-one coaching.
