5star … just always 5star. I have measurable progress yielding results I could only dream of a few years ago. This is an amazing piece of equipment but without the correct coaching is pointless. In my experience Nina’s coaching is exceptional.

During my session this morning, I progressed to a few new movements, and Nina’s exceptional understanding of the reformer, combined with her precise attention to detail, ensured I felt secure throughout. She has such a warm, positive energy and welcomes you with genuine kindness, making you feel instantly comfortable. I only booked an express manicure and pedicure, but Paola gave me so much more than that. She takes the time to understand what each person wants and needs, and nothing ever feels rushed. Her attention to detail and personal touch really stand out. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and uplifted. It was more than just a treatment — it was a lovely experience from start to finish.
