She has done such a wonderful job with my 12-year-old daughter’s eyebrows. She took her time carefully mapping them while keeping her natural shape and making sure the results were age-appropriate. My daughter felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment, and we are always so happy with how natural and beautiful her brows look!

This was my first visit to Elixir. Even though there was a tornado warning for the area, the staff were attentive and friendly. I received a brow wax and bikini sugaring. The eye brows were done well but the sugaring with minimal pain and stickiness was stellar. Most likely, I will return.

I did a lash lift and tint, and a brow wax and lamination with Katie, and I really like how both turned out! Katie was so nice and gentle. I had actually signed up for a brow tint as well but Katie recommended not doing it since it would make my brows look too dark so I really appreciated that she really just did what would look best for the natural look (without too much maintenance) that I was going for.

My go-to for brow threading! 🤍 I originally started going to her because my brows grow a little funny in the middle, but she does my full brows every time and always gets the shape perfect while keeping them natural. Today I also had my underarms waxed. I have surgery scars under both arms, and she was so gentle, careful, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Her service is always friendly and professional. I always leave happy and highly recommend her! ✨

Always satisfied with my lashes and eyebrows when I come here! Loved my lash tech going over the options with me to see what would fit best for me. My eyebrow tech checked in with me to see if I was happy with the shape and colour. Loved the experience with both girls, had lots of good conversation with a healthy sprinkle of laughs 10/10 highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am absolutely in LOVE with my powder brows by Jocelyn at The Loft Spa! From start to finish, she took such amazing care of me. She spent so much time making sure the shape was exactly what I wanted and reassured me every step of the way. The colour is perfect, the shape is perfect, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. I’m so excited to wake up every morning and not have to think about filling in or shaping my brows anymore! Jocelyn made the whole experience so comfortable, and her attention to detail was incredible. I highly recommend her. ❤️

I’ve been plucking my eyebrows for the last 4/5 years and slowly been chipping away at them to the point I only had half of each brow left. I went to Karlie who said to leave them a few weeks and they’ll be the perfect shape. I left them alone for 3 weeks, went back to Karlie who waxed and tinted them and I was gobsmacked to have full eyebrows again! They look gorgeous, both colour and shape. Honestly wouldn’t go to anyone else!

My experience with Hannah was amazing from the start- beginning with my virtual consultation where she answered all my questions thoroughly as well as explaining step by step her process. On the day of my appointment- she took so much time and care into the mapping of my eyebrows then executed it PERFECTLY. I cried when I saw my results. Soft, beautiful natural eyebrow strokes that literally look like real hair. She created such a perfect brow shape that suites my face. I am so happy that I trusted her ... I’ve been seeing Laura for eyebrow wax and tint sessions for nearly 1 year (and prior to this) for many, many years! I finally found a professional who I feel completely comfortable with to entrust with permanent ombré/powder brows. I had them done on Thursday, I loved them instantly and 4 days later, even more! It’s the best thing I’ve done. They look completely natural, Laura knows the shape and style I like so they are perfectly shaped and I instantly feel better every day, waking up with eyebrows and an ever so slight, natural facelift ;) I highly recommend Laura’s expertise!

Caroline was very helpful with advice on how to help me achieve the eyebrow shape I want. I am really pleased with my eyebrows after my wax. Henna and tint test applied ready for rebooking. Rebooked for Henna brows, shape and also eyelash tint.

I always go to Debbie for my eyebrow tint and wax. She’s really friendly and makes you feel relaxed straight away. She takes the time to shape my brows properly and picks a tint that looks natural but still defined — never too dark or overdone. The results last really well and I always leave feeling more put together. Clean, welcoming setting and a lovely experience every time. Would definitely recommend Debbie if you want natural-looking brows in a friendly atmosphere.

Highly recommend. Tina has done my eyelashes and eyebrow tattoo. She dropped some numbing cream off to my work the day before. Applied to my eyebrows an hour before my procedure. Tina mapped my face for the perfect eyebrow shape. No pain or discomfort. I love what she has done to lift my brows and even them up. Eyelashes are full and lightweight and a customised exactly to the look I wanted. They last for weeks without losing their shape. Ataahua studio! Warm, welcoming, clean and very relaxing. Tina is professional, meticulous, honest and listens. And very patient with me. 🙏🫶 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have a HD brow appointment every month or two. I'm in my 50's and Isabelle always does my brows in a way that isn't harsh and makes me feel more confident in my diminishing eyebrows. The tint on the middle/end of the brows catches the little fine hairs making it look like I have more brow for her to work with. The colour is always spot on. My mum also see's her, she is in her 70's. Again the shape and colour is chosen to be just right for her older colouring and skin tone. On the odd occasion I treat myself to bioscupture nails they have been beautifully applied and last very well.

My brows are beautifully shaped and suit my face perfectly, and my lashes look so much longer and more lifted. The whole experience was friendly and professional. My eyebrows and lashes have never looked better! After every appointment with Ray I’m still so amazed that my brows and lashes can do that! Ray is an absolute angel, she always makes me feel comfortable, and she’s super attentive to details, making the whole process relaxing and stress-free. The eyebrow sculpt and lamination has completely transformed my face and I really couldn’t be happier. The lash lift and tint make me feel so put together even with no makeup on, and it has become a must for me! I couldn’t recommend Ray enough, she’s the best!

I've returned to Dan today for the first time in nearly a year. I decided to start & get my eyebrows laminated but it's costing too much, so back to Dan I've come. Well, so glad I did! Not only are my brows GORGEOUS but I didn't realise how much I've missed Dan. Not only is Dan a beautiful person, he is actually a medium & what a gift you have my friend. Talking to you is a tonic in itself but you truly are one of life's Angels & your wonderful light shines so brightly. I've had many back, shoulder & neck massages, Indian head massages, Reiki & for course the Wow brow! Get booked in & enjoy!!
