My experience was excellent. Charlotte is very professional and friendly. She is a skilled hairdresser and knows her trade well and so, is able to provide good advice on colours and so on. I like going there. She and Libby make customers feel welcome.

I've been seeing Libby for my balayage and I honestly can't recommend her enough. She's incredibly attentive, always making me feel welcome the moment I walk through the door. Libby is not only amazing at what she does, but she's also a joy to chat with. Funny, kind, and just really easy to be around. Every time I leave her chair, my hair looks stunning and I always get compliments! If you're looking for someone who truly listens and makes you feel great inside and out, Libby’s your girl.

First time at Charlotte Liberty with colour and cut by Rhea. I have moved from Worcester so I was a bit nervy about finding another hairdresser here. Rhea was very consciencious, listened carefully to what I wanted and I am so pleased with the results. Turns out she's much better than the Worcester hairdresser! I have in the past occasionally treated myself to a haircut at Daniel Galvin in London. Rhea's work is as good as anything I have had there. I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

I couldn’t be happier with my hair! The colour is exactly what I asked for—Charlotte got the tones and warmth absolutely perfect. She also cut my hair beautifully, exactly to the style I wanted. My hair was really in need of a refresh, and she’s done a brilliant job. Charlotte is so professional, and I recommend her to all my friends. I’ll always go back to her as my hairdresser!
