My very first visit to the scissor psychologist and what a great experience booked in with Emma she made me feel at ease straight away as I haven't been to a salon for over a year and had some bad experiences with my curly hair, she talked through everything and made sure I was happy with everything that she was doing. Thank you so much I will definitely be back for you to do more cutting to my curls.

Great experience as always! My little Robbie loves coming to have his hair cat... difficult to get him of the car afterwards. Emma and the rest of the team are so caring and professional they just make everything flow nicely! Amazing hair salon and team!

I've been getting my hair cut at Scissor Psychologist for over a year now and the experience is always fantastic! Debbie has rescued my damaged, bleached hair and does amazing curly cuts, which is something that I previously found very hard to find. Debbie always takes the time to answer questions I have about my hair type and has taught me so much about styling and caring for my curly hair. She's absolutely brilliant. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, the salon is a lovely peaceful environment with massage chairs and high quality products. I highly recommend this salon!

As always another fabulous haircut by Anna.I wouldn't go anywhere else.Anna always knows what cut I like and always does a fantastic job.The salon is lovely very clean and tidy.And I love it being in a relaxed atmosphere never being rushed.And I love the hair products the salon uses.All the girls do a fantastic job.And they always make you feel so welcome.Well done Girls your all amazing 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A trip to the Scissor Psychologist is always a great experience. The salon is in a lovely venue, is bright and welcoming, and the service is always first class. Added to that, the coffee is excellent, and Emma's hairdressing skills are second to none. The background music could be better....

I have been having my nails done by Rebecca for a few months now and, after trying most salons in Chester, I can honestly say this place is the best. The attention to detail and care taken over each nail is impressive. I can’t go anywhere else now as the quality here is amazing!

All the staff are so nice and welcoming and Claire is lovely- very knowledgeable and she really put me at ease during my first visit- this was my second time at the Chester branch with my husband, to collect my first topper. It’s a beautiful shade and style- it looks perfect on me and I’ll feel a lot happier and more confident wearing it! Thank you for being so patient and helpful while I chose another style to try. I’m looking forward to our next visit.

Lovely lady put me at ease looked at various options for me. Agreed that my hairloss is not bad enough to need the interlace system (a salon in Liverpool tried to sell something similar to me). We tried various toppers and I've now ordered one. I was reassured that if I don't like it I don't have to buy it. I felt reassured by this and by her expertise. I'm looking forward to getting my new topper fitted soon.

I had booked for a consultation and ended up having my hair done there and then. This is the first salon that I have ever gone to without feeling embarrassed about my hair. They listened and advised and I left feeling super happy and confident. I will be a regular customer.

Absolutely brilliant experience. Rebecca Morgan is just superb. I went to see her first to choose wig, as I'm having chemotherapy with cold cap treatment and her kindness and advice was wonderful. I then back went to get my long, thick hair cut in accordance with her advice, to help with the cold capping, and she's done the most fabulous job. Going from a blonde bob to a brunette pixie cut required a very deep breath, but with Rebecca's help it's been a smooth, positive experience.
