Amazing! Always nervous of going to the hairdressers and not been in a very long time but I felt very relaxed and comfortable in the salon chatted away! My hair looks and feels amazing thank you so much

Suz was so welcoming I felt at ease immediately and the whole trauma of being about to loose my hair indefinitely because of chemotherapy indefinitely suddenly didn’t feel so traumatic in fact my new look is an exciting prospect. Suz is clearly very experienced and set my expectations realistically. Her salon is airy and bright. When my hair goes I will definitely be going straight to Suz.

My expectations were truly surpassed from the initial consultation through to the hair system fitting process. Suzannah is truly amazing at taking you through the initial colour match and hair system selection. Which was all very straight forward and certainly settled any concerns or questions I had. The fitting process was really detailed and conducted within a calm manner. It was comforting to know nothing was being overlooked of hurried. Again Suzannah really paid attention to detail and more importantly ensuring I was happy at every point through the fitting process. 100% recommended.

This was my first time getting my hair done professionally in a couple of years and i was quite anxious however Darcy and the other hair stylists were absolutely lovely. I felt so comfortable and at ease. I absolutely love my hair and can’t thank Darcy enough. I look forward to booking back in in the new year . Thank you 💕

I can't thank this lovely lady enough for what she done for me yesterday, she somehow managed to put right a terrible mess that was done by my previous "hairdresser" I walked into this lady's house feeling so down and defeated butI walked out feeling like a different woman. Amazing experience with Suzannah, she was very professional and friendly and welcoming and made me feel at ease, she is the only extensionist I have come across that has managed to fit the thickness of my hair with extensions as I have super thick hair. I had a great consultation, I’ve never had hair extensions before and was quite nervous. Suz made me feel at ease and explained everything about all methods. She is highly trained and knows what she is talking about. She doesn’t try to sell and lets you make your own choices. She really does care for her work which I love. I’m yet to her my hair extensions fitted and I’m booked in for next week.
